POSITIONSFOOD SERVICE POSITIONS
Food Supervisor Coordinates and supervises all aspects of camp food and beverage service including meal planning, purchasing, preparation and serving. Supervise kitchen staff and maintain recognized health standards. Qualifications: Minimum age 21. Current Food Handlers Certificate. Experience in menu planning, ordering and quantity cooking. Dietician or Nutritionist desirable. Cook Assist Food Supervisor in development of menus, the purchasing, preparation and serving of all meals. Assist with inventory, food storage, record keeping and cleaning the kitchen. Qualifications: Experience in quantity cooking. Knowledge of proper diet and nutrition. Kitchen Assistant Assists in preparing, cooking, serving and cleaning up of all meals. Willingness to learn food service operations Qualifications: Previous food service experience.
