Unit Leader

Manages the living unit, coordinates activities and assures girl partnership in the development of activities. Supervises unit staff.

Qualifications: Minimum age 21. Proven skill in organizational planning and leadership.

Unit Counselor

Assists the unit leader with planning and implementation of activities. Responsible for the direct daily supervision of girls in the living unit and program areas.

Qualifications: Experience working with children and/or teens. Ability to organize activities and accept direction.
