Area Meeting Handouts

SEVERE WEATHER PLANS

We follow the Federal Government for closing. This includes delayed openings and early closings. It is always advisable to call the main GSCNC office before coming if weather is questionable at 800-523-7898.
Grace Episcopal Church (for SUM mtgs) reserves the right to cancel the meetings if they see fit. It is suggested that you call ahead if you have questions. The number at the church is 301-585-3515.

In general:
 -If Montgomery County Schools are closed, the meetings are canceled.
 -If Montgomery County Schools are delayed 1 or 2 hours, the morning meeting will begin at 11 am.
 -More than 2 hours, the morning meeting is canceled.
 -If there is early dismissal, the night meeting will be canceled.
