Are the B240 and B241 forms signed by SUM and then submitted via email to Gustavo? I was told that I actually had to sign the form before submitting. Is this true?
In order to keep the process online, we are using electronic signatures.

When will the B240 Online form be updated to reflect change?
We are working on updating the B240 and will have it up by early September.

Troops doing Field Trips within 50 miles, not high adventure, w/ no overnight, no longer need to submit any paperwork to Council. Is that correct?

I have an SU encampment coming up in October, on a non-GS campsite. Does each troop need a B240 or is that covered by Encampment paperwork?
This can be decided by the Service Unit Encampment Coordinator; depending on how large the encampment is, if some troops will be sharing the same Camp Qualified adults, etc.
