Day Camp - Bay Breeze
BAY BREEZE: "Back to Camp Basics"
DATES: June 24-28, 2013 (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM:
We are heading back to camp! Our wonderful camp in the woods is cleaner, brighter and ready for Girl Scout fun! This year at camp we will rediscover the joys of primitive camping. We will work on traditional camping skills such as lashing, orienteering and many different kinds of camp cooking. Of course campers will still make SWAPS, hike through the woods, work on arts and crafts, sing camp songs and hunt for shark’s teeth on the beach. Aides, AITs, Teens and Cadettes will enjoy TWO nights of camping this year and Jr’s will stay one night. Aides must be approved by the camp director prior to registration.
