Day Camp - Bay Breeze

BAY BREEZE:  "Back to Camp Basics"

LOCATION:  Lusby

DATES:  June 24-28, 2013 (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM:
We are heading back to camp! Our wonderful camp in the woods is cleaner, brighter and ready for Girl Scout fun! This year at camp we will rediscover the joys of primitive camping. We will work on traditional camping skills such as lashing, orienteering and many different kinds of camp cooking. Of course campers will still make SWAPS, hike through the woods, work on arts and crafts, sing camp songs and hunt for shark’s teeth on the beach. Aides, AITs, Teens and Cadettes will enjoy TWO nights of camping this year and Jr’s will stay one night. Aides must be approved by the camp director prior to registration.

Girl Scouts Grades K-12 $90
Aides (Grades 8-12) $0 (must be approved by Director)
Aides in Training $50
Children of Full Time Staff $45
Pixies $45
Rangers $45

GIRL LEADERSHIP ROLES AND REQUIREMENTS:
All AIDES must have successfully completed Bay Breeze AIT program, must attend mandatory training June 1. AITs must attend training weekend June 1-2.

SPECIAL OVERNIGHTS OR FIELD TRIPS:
Two Overnights- June 24 or June 26

TRANSPORTATION:
Yes, Campers must ride the bus
