Camp Summer Adventure

CAMP SUMMER ADVENTURE

LOCATION:   Washington, DC, SE
DATES: Monday, June 24 – Friday June 28, 2013
TIMES: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM:
Camp Summer Adventure is an Outreach Day Camp for Non-Girl Scouts. Activities include science experiments, arts & crafts, games, drama & more. You see first hand how much fun it is to be a Girl Scout!

FEE: $25 – total for the 5 day camp
(FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE.  Please contact the person below for more information.)

AGE RANGEK - 5th grade

Girls currently in a troop (waitlisted) or bring a non troop girl as a buddy

Girls that attended Spring Break Camp (waitlisted) or bring a non camp girl as a buddy

camp buddy does not have to be the same age as your daughter

Girls currently in 6th grade (rising 7th grade in the Fall)

  • 6th graders will participate in some camp activities
  • Junior Camp Counselor In-Training class

TRANSPORTATION: 
Ideal Academy PCS, North Capitol Campus
Plummer PS
Moten PS

*Bus stop locations and times are subject to change // Bus times will be confirmed in acceptance letter*

We must have an adult at each stop to help check girls on and off the bus.  We also need an adult to ride the bus to and from camp each day.  Call for more info and a camp discount if chosen for this important assignment.
