Camp Registration Information

Follow the directions below to prepare for camp registration….

If your daughter is a current GSCNC Girl Scout and has a login.

If your daughter is a current GSCNC Girl Scout, but has not accessed her registration profile.

If your daughter was a GSCNC Girl Scout in the past, access her profile.

If your daughter is NOT a currently registered GSCNC Girl Scout.

If your daughter is a current GSCNC Girl Scout and has a login:

Step 1: Go to our registration site.

Step 2: Login to your daughter’s account.  If you forgot the username or password, click on the forgot username or forgot password links.  If you still have trouble accessing her account, please contact us.

Step 3:  Click on My Account to verify that all contact information is up to date. We communicate via email so it is important that you include an email address that accepts mail from gscnc.org and that you check frequently.

Congratulations!  You have successfully logged in to your daughter’s account.  Remember the username and password because you will need it to register your daughter when camp registration opens.

If your daughter is a current GSCNC Girl Scout, but has not accessed her registration profile:

Step 1: Go to our registration site.

Step 2: Click the Create Login button.

Step 3: Enter your daughter’s first name, last name, and the e-mail address listed in our database.  You must create a login for each camper.  If you get a customer not found error, or if your e-mail address has changed, contact us.

Step 4:  You will receive an email to create a login for your daughter. Click on the link provided in the email to create your daughter’s username and password.

Step 5:  Click on My Account to verify that all contact information is up to date.

Congratulations!  You have successfully created your daughter’s login.  Remember the username and password because you will need it to register your daughter when camp registration opens.

If your daughter is NOT a currently registered GSCNC Girl Scout:

Note: If your daughter is registered in another council, you will need to register with GSCNC.  Contact us for more information.

Step 1: Go to our registration site.

Step 2: Click the Become a Member button.

Step 3: Fill in your daughter’s information. Once you click Create Profile, you will be logged in to your daughter’s account.

Step 4: Click Become a Member on the left side of page.

Step 5: Select 2012 Girl Membership and click on the Add to Cart button.

Step 6: Click the Shopping Cart link on the left hand side and proceed to check out.

Step 7: Complete additional registration information and save profile.

Step 8: Fill out credit card information and process payment to complete membership registration.

Congratulations!  You have successfully registered your daughter as a GSCNC member.  Remember the username and password because you will need it to register your daughter when camp registration opens.
