Dear Girl Scout parent/guardian:

Girl Scout Cookie Season is just around the corner, and your girl has an exciting opportunity through a new program our council is piloting. This year, she will be using a fun, password protected website to send eCards asking for online cookie orders, track progress toward her goal and submit all final orders to the cookie volunteer.

It’s the next generation of the Girl Scout Cookie Program. And your girl needs your help!

Every Girl Scout family is asked to register with the online Cookie Club at
http://cookieclubpilot.littlebrowniebakers.com. It’s easy, as long as your Girl Scout has been added to the Troop’s account in eBudde (the cookie management tool). Be sure to have her Troop Number and the exact spelling used for her registration.

Through Cookie Club, parents will review and submit all orders to the cookie volunteer, both those received online and those received using traditional order cards, collected during the initial order phase. No more driving across town at the last minute to put a paper order card in the volunteer’s mailbox! All initial orders will be placed online from the comfort of your home using Cookie Club no later than January 20th. You can only submit in this manner once. Additional cookies can of course be ordered through the Troop Cookie Volunteer.

Cookie Club is a fun way for girls to learn real business and technology skills and more easily and quickly reach high goals. Plus, it’s a great time‐saver for busy volunteers who no longer have to manually enter each cookie order.

Please sign up today. It’s simple, and you’ll have fun exploring this innovative website with your Girl Scout. She can start right away to become safety certified, learn about goal‐setting and set up her customer contact lists. The site’s eCard feature will be turned on when the sale officially begins in the Nation’s Capital on December 18, 2011.

Thanks for helping our Girl Scout Council go digital this Cookie Season!

Sincerely,
Julie Carlson, Manager of Product Sales
