POSITION: Database Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Information Services Director
PRIMARY AREAS OF WORK: Coordinate data in GSCNC database systems
Work with master database for assigned membership areas including:
Work with membership team for assigned membership areas including
Work with Camping Service Department and resident camp staff to register girls for assigned sleep away camp.
Provide registration support for one assigned registration module including:
Provide high level of customer service to all volunteers and staff who need assistance with registration systems
Participate in council wide data analysis projects, and other projects as needed.
Strong computer aptitude with Microsoft software computer experience including Access, Excel and Word.
Strong, positive customer service skills to work with volunteers, field staff and other GSCNC staff.
Ability to type 50-60 wpm using a personal computer.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Preference may be given to candidates possessing extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Access working in a fast paced environment requiring significant customer support.
