Fax Orders

• Use GSCNC forms to place order.
• Place your order two weeks before date needed to avoid backorders.
• Purchases can be paid for by VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER
  • All orders must include name, address, phone number, troop number, signature
• When inquiring about an order, please state the last name of the person who placed the order.
• When ordering merchandise not listed on the order form, please use section on back marked "OTHER MERCHANDISE." Do not duplicate items already shown on the order form.
• Returns, refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
