QSP/NUT ONLINE PROGRAM

Girls can invite family and friends to support GSCNC through online sales and promises, and it takes less than 15 minutes to get started!  Girls complete the interactive learning activity and enter email addresses to allow friends and family to shop online for magazines and NEW for 2012 to make “Nut Promises”.

When a girl sets up her online email program, she can offer nut and candy items to their family and friends that will be receiving emails. She can select all of her email contacts to receive the offer to make “Nut Promises” or just a few.  Once a “Nut Promise” is placed by a customer, the Girl Scout will need to follow up to collect the payment and to deliver the products. Girls will be able to ask friends and family via email for “Promise” orders on Nuts & Candy items!  Girls must collect money and deliver product, so we suggest the customer be close by!

Magazines are paid for online with a credit card and will arrive to the customer sooner than orders placed on the paper order forms.

It’s easier than you think!

  • Register by clicking here
  • Complete the interactive learning activity
  • Order your family’s subscriptions easily online and invite friends and family to shop online by entering or uploading their email addresses
  • All major credit cards accepted
  • Subscriptions start faster
  • No paper forms to complete
  • At the end of the sale, print the DETAILED ORDER REPORT and turn it in with all your other orders (paper QSP and Ashdon Farms treats) and payment to your troop

Girls will receive the Online patch for entering 12 or more email addresses and earn proceeds for their troop for each magazine subscription or nut/candy order sold online.  Additionally, girls will receive credit toward their incentives for online orders and “Nut Promises.” Girls can check back throughout the sale to track their progress and enter additional email addresses to meet their goals.  At the end of the program, girls/parents will receive a reminder email to print the Detailed Order Report showing magazines sold online and “Nut Promises.”  Just turn in the Detailed Order Report to the Troop Fall Product Sale Manager along with your other orders by the troop deadline date. Detailed Order Reports will not be accepted after the deadline date so get the orders in on time for full credit!

TROOP PROCEEDS

Fall sale is an easy way for troops to earn start up funds

  • 15% on all sales but no incentives (Patches will be Awarded)
  • ¢     Nut and candy items and  online Nut Promises
  • ¢     Online and paper magazine orders
