 Girl Scout Leadership InstituteGirl Scout Leadership Institute: The GSLI is a girl event for Senior & Ambassador Girl Scouts that occurs prior to, Thursday, November 10, 2011, the National Council Session. Approximately 1000 Girl Scouts from around the country, USA Girl Scouts overseas and girls from other WAGGGS membership organizations convene for this very special leadership event.Access to all dedicated GSLI sessions, opening/closing ceremonies, keynote speakers, Young Women of Distinction, Strategic Conversations, Hall of Exhibits, and more; does not include access to the National Council Session. The GSLI registration fee includes materials and selected meals. Girl Passport package: $150 - Adult Chaperones: $195 Girls who wish to participate in the GSLI will need to arrive in Houston on Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Girls who are NCS Delegates or Official Visitors (fees $295 Adult/$225 girl) may also attend the GSLI program at no additional charge but will need to register for the GSLI. Financial Assistance will be available to girls who want to attend to girl portion of the conference. More information will be available soon.
