Registration
We still have openings at camp! Use this list as a guideline of available spaces but it is only a snapsnot - check the registration system for actual availability.
NEW 2011: Registration is first come, first serve. A deposit of $50.00 will be due at time of registration.
Follow the directions below to create a login on our NEW registration site.
If your daughter is already a registered GSCNC Girl Scout for 2010 - 2011, follow these steps:
(If your daughter is not currently registered with GSCNC, scroll down.)
Step 1: Go to our sleep-away camp registration page.
Step 2: Click Create Login in navigation bar on the left-side of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll down to the second set of boxes and enter your First Name, Last Name, and email address. Each individual (adult or girl) must create her own login. These must EXACTLY match our membership database. If you get a customer not found error, or if your e-mail address has changed, contact one of our Database Coordinators listed above.
Step 4: Once you receive the confirmation email, set up a log in ID and password.
Step 5: After logging in, click on My Account on the left side of the screen to update all information, especially phone numbers and e-mail addresses. We communicate via email so it is important that you include an email address that accepts mail from gscnc.org and that you check frequently.
Each individual member will need her own login. If you have another daughter in Girl Scouts, log out and go through the process again. Keep the password and log in a safe place so you are ready to register when the system opens in January!
If your daughter is NOT currently a GSCNC registered Girl Scout, follow these steps:
Step 1: Create a profile by following this link:

Be sure to create a profile for each person so if you have multiple daughters coming to camp, repeat the process for each girl.
Step 2: Click Become a Member on the left side of page.
Step 3: Select 2011 Girl Membership and click on the Add to Cart button.
Step 4: Check out of Shopping Cart and purchase registration.
Step 5: Keep the password and log in a safe place so you are ready to register when the system opens in January!
