Non-Council Campsite Directory *BUILDING NOW!*

We are currently building a list of suggested campsites in the DC, MD, VA, PA, and WV area.  This list will help assist a troop looking for a campsite outside of GSCNC's camps.

It is NOT REQUIRED that a non-GSCNC campsite be listed or approved for a troop to use it.  This list is simply a suggestion to help troops in their search.  It is required, however, that troop leaders do a site visit at any non-GSCNC campsite before camping there- or that they take appropriate steps to make sure the campsite follows Safety-Wise standards.  It is also required that a camp be listed on the approved high adventure vendor list if a troop or group is participating in a high adventure activity at the camp.
