Placement Priority
First Priority: Service Units that have never had encampments on Council sites.
Second Priority: Service Units that have had the longest amount of time since the last Encampment on a Council site.

For those Associations that have recently split, use past Service Unit Encampment records.

Applications with incomplete information or showing only one choice will cause delay in processing requests.  If you have only one choice for camp or date, please note that on the application, however, please keep in mind the more flexible you are with dates the better your chances are of being placed.

Applications must give a projected number of participants as accurately as possible. Please select a site that is appropriate to the size of your group.

The following information may be useful in determining which sites will meet your maximum overnight capacity needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for GSCNC Campsites within the limits of the facilities available.
