Adventure Scuba

Discover Scuba
Program Level: Teen (ages 12+)
Want to learn what its like to scuba dive? Come and have fun communicating under water with hand signals and how to properly use scuba equipment and discover life under water. Get a taste of what its like to run a dive shop and find out more about other careers involving scuba diving. The program takes place in an indoor recreation center pool as well as classroom instruction. Girls can earn a Discover Scuba patch and fulfill the requirements for the Scuba IPP.

Note: Participants will be required to submit a liability waiver and an NAUI medical form. 

Fee: $50/person: Classroom Instruction ($15) + Pool Session ($35).  
Additional (optional) costs: $2/IPP, $1.50/patch
Where: Classroom Instruction - Chantilly, VA + Pool Session - Oakton, VA or Sterling, VA
When: Saturdays and Sundays - Call to Schedule
