2008 Annual Meeting

The 2008 GSCNC Annual Meeting, Embracing the Future, is now a matter of record. A jam-packed agenda was conducted most efficiently at the April 19th session at the University of Maryland’s Inn and Conference Center. Among the highlights:

• Passage of major amendments to Council by-laws
