As a new Apprentice trainer, GSCNC welcomes you and thanks you for your tremendous commitment. As you complete your trainer apprenticeship, please use the helpful tips below to make the process easy and enjoyable.
- Apply for a Trainer Mentor
- Establish contact immediately with your ATM (Association Training Manager)
- Train multiple courses at a Fall or Spring Blitz
- Use Council resources whenever possible. Do not feel overwhelmed to
purchase resource materials for every program level or spend hours designing
creative visuals.
- Remember to audit classes before co-training.
