This year we have an exciting new format that reflects the changes to the Girl Scout leadership experience. Our Administrative Conference will focus on leadership skills and team building. It will be organized as a facilitated retreat rather than a workshop based program. We are looking for 25-30 volunteer facilitators to lead small group discussions throughout the event. Ideal facilitators are perceptive listeners and are skilled at creating a safe atmosphere for participant discussions.

All selected facilitators must be able to attend the Facilitator Training on Saturday, Nov. 15th from 8am -5pm held at the National 4-H Conference Center.

We look forward to seeing your application!
