Canoeing and Kayaking
Kayaking is available at Camp Coles Trip, Camp White Rock, Camp Winona and there are trailers available to take to popular locations such as Brighton Dam. To reserve kayaks at one of our camps or a kayak trailer for your troop, please fill out the reservation form that can be found here. In order for troops to reserve kayaks, they will need to have a kayak-trained adult. Due to the high demand for high adventure equipment rentals in the summer, we will not accept reservations less than three weeks in advance. You must receive confirmation from Susan Kabat or Gustavo Martinez for your reservation to be valid. Spring Trainings have been scheduled and registration will open February 1st! Kayak Training will take place on April 27 at Lake Audubon in Reston VA and Canoe Training will take place on April 28 at Riley's Lockhouse in Poolesville, MD. To register for one of these trainings starting on February 1st, or to see our other high adventure trainings please visit our online course catalog. Looking for more adventure??
