How do you become a Delegate?
Contact your Service Unit Manager to let them know you're interested.

What is an Alternate Delegate?
A Service Unit is given as many Alternate Delegates as Delegates to attend the Annual Meeting. If the Delegate from a Service Unit does not attend the Annual Meeting for whatever reason the alternate Delegate will take his or her place.
