Delegate CalculatorAccording to GSCNC bylaws every Service Unit/County is entitled to select, by any means, one delegate and one alternate for the first 200 or fewer girl members registered in that Service Unit/ County as of the close of business on September 30 the preceding year, and one delegate and one alternate for each additional increment of 200 girl members registered in that Service Unit as of the close of business on September 30 the preceding year. Step One: Find out how many delegates your Service Unit has. The delegate calculator above allows you to enter your Association and Service Unit number and it will display the number of delegate positions for your Service Unit. Step Two: Select delegates and add to Service Unit Roster. Once delegates have been selected, please forward the delegate contact information (including email address) to the Service Unit Manager and/or the Field Director for input into the Service Unit Roster. All Council communications with delegates will use the information provided through Service Unit Roster.
