Giving to GSCNC as An Individual

GSCNC offers individuals many different opportunities to support our girls, including the SHARE annual giving campaign, planned giving, workplace giving, dedicated gifts, honorariums and memorials. To simplify the donation process, we accept a wide variety of payment methods - you can even make a donation online! The following options describe how you, as an individual, can help support valuable Girl Scout programs.

SHARE (Share Her Annual Real Expenses) - is our annual giving campaign that raises money to defray the costs associated with providing the complete Girl Scout experience to all girls in our council area.

Planned Gifts - You can help ensure the future of Girl Scouting for generations to come by including GSCNC in your estate plans and becoming a member of the Juliette Low Society.

Workplace Giving - GSCNC is a participating agency in all local United Way, CFC, and other workplace giving campaigns.

Dedicated Gifts - You may decide that you would like to give a donation to GSCNC for a specific ongoing program that needs your support.

Honorarium and Memorial Gifts - We welcome contributions that recognize a special person who has touched your life. For more information on honorarium and memorial gifts, please contact Sharon Gleason, Director of Development, at 202-237-1670, extension 230 or sgleason@gscnc.org.

Methods of Payment - You can make your gift to GSCNC in a variety of ways.

Have you remembered the Council in your estate plans?

If so, please fill out this form (PDF) JLLS Membership Profile, and you will officially be inducted into the Juliette Low Legacy Society. In addition to honoring your gift, this protects you and all parties legally and spurs other donors to consider the future of Girl Scouting.
