Curator Camp
Who: Girl Scout Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors When: January 19, 2013 - January 21, 2013, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Where: Tudor Place 1644 31st St NW Washington, DC 20007 Become a curator! This popular program turns Scouts into Junior Curators in a historic house museum. Over three days, they will work with artifacts from the educational collection to design and install a museum exhibit in the Tudor Place Visitors Center, including creating a special opening event and engaging in related hands-on art activities. The program concludes Monday afternoon with an exhibit opening for family and friends. Anime Momotaro Explore Dance, Music, or Theatre!
Who: Girl Scout Brownies and Juniors When: February 9 (dance), February 16 (music) and February 23 (theatre), 4:00-7:30 p.m. Where: Imagination Stage 4908 Auburn Avenue Bethesda, MD 20814 Bring your troop to see Anime Momotaro: a Japanese Folk Tale and then participate in a corresponding dance, music, or theatre workshop. Each participant earns an Imagination Stage Patch (dance, music, or theatre)! Fees: Girl: $35.00 Adult: $14.00 Tagalong: $14.00 Patch included in price. We recommended that troops bring a snack for a short break between the performance and workshop.

Geology Rocks Patch & Going Batty Badge Combo for Teen Girl Scouts
Who: Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors When: February 22-25, 2013 Where: Lincoln Caverns 7703 William Penn Highway Huntingdon, PA 16652 Find a treasure trove of knowledge in this exciting patch/badge combo at Lincoln Caverns! Girls will get to experience the geological sciences through hands-on activities identifying rocks, finding fossils, a conservation activity, and soil testing to complete the Geology Rocks Patch. A rock collection for each girl is included. In this unique Going Batty program, the importance of bats in our world is emphasized. Girls will gain a better appreciation of our tiny insectivorous friends. Each troop builds a bat house to put up in their community. Lodging is slumber-party style and lunch-time meals are included. NASA Women in STEM's Aerospace Scholars Who: Girl Scout Ambassadors WISH is seeking female high school juniors from across the country to participate in our project! Your adventure starts with an online community and culminates with a summer experience at NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC), Summer 2013.
