Whether earning badges, working on a Journey or just having fun,         Girl Scout troops have a blast when they go to a Girl Scout camp. Always refer to the individual Safety Activity Checkpoints for guidance on how to conduct your planned program. Search by topic under forms on our website to find the Safety Activity Checkpoints for your activity. Remember, a Camp Qualified Adult must accompany your troop camping trip.

Want to become a Camp Qualified Adult volunteer? Trainings are offered for our volunteers throughout the year by registering through our calendar.

Troops without a camp-qualified adult can request a qualified volunteer from the Council's resource list to work with their troop by contacting the camping team at

Planning on doing a high adventure activity? You can also request a canoe, kayak, challenge course or archery-certified adult to assist your troop. For more information about high adventure, click here!
