Financial Assistance

At GSCNC, we don't want finances to be a barrier to participation. Girls have the opportunity to request financial assistance for:

GSUSA National Membership Dues for girls and adults ($12)
Troop Dues (up to $25)
Girl Scout Shop Supplies (e.g. sash, recognitions, and books)

When financial assistance is needed, a B251 form must be completed by the leader/advisor or parent and submitted to the Field Director.

The Financial Assistance forms are available in iFiller, a web-based form filling program that does not require the installation of software.

To Complete the form in iFiller: Tab or click to navigate through the fields on the form. Grab and drag the form to move it around. Fill out the blue pop up box with information that is requested then tab to the next field.

To Save a form from iFiller: A form open in iFiller may be downloaded and saved as a .pff or .pdf file. Choose .pff is someone else needs to fill out a portion of the form. Choose .pdf is the form is complete or if you need a blank form to pass on to someone without computer access.

To Print a form in iFiller: Users may download and print the current page of the form.

Compatibility: iFiller is compatible with the following internet browsers - Internet Explorer Version 8 and lower and Mozilla Firefox Version 3.6 and lower.
