Girl Scouts Forever Green Troop Projects
Troop projects are the core of Girl Scouts Forever Green. Using their leadership skills, girls should choose a project that implements some sort of sustainable, lasting change in their school or community. The possibilities are endless and include everything from installing energy-efficient light bulbs, to composting lunch food, to creating a green space, and so much more!
If your troop is interested in completing your own troop project, you must submit a proposal form to council. This proposal form along with information on projects and ideas can be found in the Girl Scouts Forever Green Program Booklet.
If you have questions, please contact Megan Kelly at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Important! Forever Green is not considered an earned recognition, so Forever Green projects can also be Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award Projects, or the Take Action project completed as part of an It's Your Planet-Love It! Journey.
