Membership Registration

Early Bird Registration (2008-2009)

TO RE-REGISTER USING PRE-PRINTED FORM

Have your pre-printed form in front of you
Enter your Form Number (found above the big A or G on your pre-printed form) and your Last Name as it appears on your pre-printed form
Make any changes to your membership information
- On the Girl registration form you must change:
  - Grade in School (if needed)
  - Number of Years in Girl Scouts
SAVE changes
PRINT form
Submit form to Troop Leader along with payment.

TO RE-REGISTER WITHOUT PRE-PRINTED FORM

Check with your Service Unit Registrar or Field Director to obtain your Form Number
Once you've received your number, follow the instructions listed above.

Use a Blank Girl OR Adult form and fill out all information
SAVE changes
PRINT form
Submit form to Troop Leader along with payment.

NEW REGISTRATION

Use a Blank Girl OR Adult form and fill out all information
SAVE changes
PRINT form
Submit form to Troop Leader along with payment.
