Agenda
- Review delegate responsibilities
- Review Annual Meeting registration and day-of logistics
- Provide update on the council’s proposed strategic focus for the next three years. For more information on how the focus was identified, see Strategic Learning Process
Delegates are responsible for representing the girls and adults in their service unit. At the Forums, delegates will be asked to respond to the questions below. Please take time in advance of the Forum to gather input from the members of your service unit.
- What steps can we take to increase the retention of our Brownies, Juniors and their leaders?
- What support do we need to provide to service units and troops to help them deliver programming using the Girl Scout Journeys and the Girls Guide to Girl Scouting?
- What steps can we take to increase our members’ participation of in our cookie entrepreneurial program and annual giving campaign (SHARE)?
