Teen Girl Scouts2008 Congressional Aide ProgramGSCNC combines service and citizenship in the annual Congressional Aide program, now entering its 33nd year. Last year, 101 Girl Scouts were placed in the Capitol Hill offices of four Senators and 33 Representatives. This program provides: Assignments vary among offices, but typical tasks include answering phones, sorting mail, communicating with other offices, and welcoming guests into the assigned office. 2008 Congressional Aide Weeks: 2008 Congressional Aide applications are due: Tuesday, April 1, 2008 by 5pm.
