Teen Girl ScoutsYouth Leadership Greater Washington Class of 2008!Leadership Greater Washington has a wonderful and unique opportuntiy for current high school sophomores and juniors in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland high schools. They are looking for proven and aspiring leaders to apply to Youth Leadership Greater Washignton's Class of 2008. The selected diverse group of youth leaders meets monthly throughout the Greater Washington area. Benefits of being part of the 2008 class: - Participate in in-depth programs that acquaint participants with challenges and opportunities in Greater Washington - Study issues such as cultural diversity, health and human services. government and society, media and communications, arts and culture, crime and justice, and education. - Interact with community leaders and decision makers ....and much MUCH more! GSCNC wants to send an amazing Girl Scout to Youth Leadership Greater Washington (YLGW). YLGW has given GSCNC permission to choose a particpant from Girl Scouts.
