Gold Award Workshops

Thinking about earning your Gold?  Want to know more about the process before you dive in? Come and learn about the Girl Scout Gold Award and GSCNC Panel process at a Workshop led by a GSCNC Gold Award Panel Member. Each workshop covers the requirements of the award, submission deadlines, tips and tricks for planning a successful project, and more.  Attending a workshop is the absolute best way to get ready to go for the Gold.

Come prepared for an informative session with your copy of The Gold Standard, your Gold Award Toolkit, a pen and paper.  See registration information below.  As worksheets and handouts will be given to girls at the Workshop, all girls must register so that we can prepare the correct number of materials.

Please note: Unless otherwise stated, all workshops listed on this page are for GIRLS ONLY.

To register for a workshop:

All program registrations are now being conducted through GSCNC's new online registration system.  This system is capable of registering troops and individual girls for programs.  To access the registration site, and for information on how to register, please visit: http://gsusa.ebiz.uapps.net/vp/tabid/205/Default.aspx?pid=25

To find a Gold Award Workshop date on the registration system, use the keyword, "Gold Award."

To cancel your workshop registration:

Please contact the GSCNC Database Coordinator at 202 237-1670.  We appreciate advance cancellations, as these free up spaces for other Girl Scouts to attend the workshop.
