Board Committees Referral for Girl Scout Positions (Formatta Form) (PDF) The Referral for Girl Scout Positions is available to submit on-line through Formatta software. You may install this software on your computer at no cost. Only Formatta software will read formatta forms. Delegates The SERVICE UNIT selects Delegates and Alternate Delegates who serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors. Delegates must be 14 years of age or older are registered members of Girl Scouts. It is strongly recommended that the Delegates attend one Forum. Attendance at the Annual Meeting in April is required. Representing their Service Units at the Annual Meeting, Delegates elect Officers, Board and Nominating Committee Members and suggest ways to enrich Girl Scouting within the community, GSCNC, and the national organization, GSUSA.
