What is iFiller?

Formatta iFiller is a server-based application to provide purely browser-based delivery of forms allowing users whose computer environments are restricted the ability use Formatta without requiring the installation of any software.

In iFiller, you can tab or click to navigate through the fields. Grab and drag the form to move it around. Fill out the blue pop up box with information that is requested then tab to the next field.

To Save a form from iFiller: A form open in iFiller may be downloaded and saved as a PDF or a PFF (Formatta extension). You must open iFiller link in Web Browser first before attempting to download or save. Do not use the File "Save As" method, please used the download buttons in the top middle of the iFiller document.

To Print a form in iFiller: Users may download and print a PDF or PFF version of the current page of the form or select print from the print option if a print button is included within the form.

To Send a form via email: You must save an iFiller Form as a PDF or PFF version and attach it to your email to send it to another person. Forms to be submitted to the council will include a "submit" button on the form and email is not necessary unless instructed otherwise.

* Mac and Safari users please note - Formatta is currently aware there is a known issue with the latest version of Safari and iFiller. If you can download/use Chrome or Firefox at this time, you should be able to fill out iFiller forms while the developers correct this issue.
