Friday June 14 at Northeast Community Center in Chesapeake Beach
Saturday June 15 at Prince Frederick Rescue Squad
Friday July 12 at Southern Community Center in Lusby
Saturday July 13 at Mt. Hope Community Center in Sunderland
Saturday July 20 at Crossroads Christian Church in St. Leonard

TIMES: 
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM:
Fun and games about healthy living. Nutritious lunch included.  All days offer the identical program. Only apply for one day.

FEE:
$10
(FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE)

GRADE RANGE:
ENTERING 1^st – 6^th grade

Applications are not complete until payment is recieved and registration form is submitted.  Placement is not guaranteed.  You will recieve e-mail notification when accepted in camp.  Or send registration along with your payment (checks made payable to
