Night in Lighthouse Keeper's Cottage

Do two Girl Scout Badge or Try-It programs at our secluded Cove Point site. Stay overnight at the Lighthouse Keeper's Cottage on the beach. The Keeper's Cottage and Lighthouse are not handicap-accessible. Admission to the Calvert Marine Museum included in fees. Forms B220 and B240 are required.
Fee: $25/program fee (per group); $25/person. Fee includes dinner and breakfast.

Colonial Inn
Explore and Learn about Virginia Beach
Program Level: All
The Colonial Inn offers Girl Scouts unique and fun opportunities to earn Try-Its, Badges, and IPs. Come to Virginia Beach to explore and learn about this beautiful coastal area. All packages include 2 nights oceanfront accomodations, breakfast each morning, the appropriate Try-It, Badge or IP, and activities to assist girls in completing all or most of the required elements. Forms B220 and B240 are required.
Fee: $59-$140/person for a quad room.

Camp In
Program Level: B, J, C, S
Now in its 21st year, Camp In features exciting workshops, an IMAX film and planetarium show, fabulous exhibits, evening and breakfast snacks and much more. Your group will participate in three educational and entertaining workshops: Journey to Jamestown, Animal Grossology and Incredible Edibles. Camp In activities fulfill many Badge requirements. All participants receive a souvenir pen, patch and Camp In bag. Forms B220 and B240 are required.
Fee: $36/girls; $18/adults. One chaperone is required for every six girls. Additional chaperones pay full price.

Traveling Players Ensemble
Amphitheatre Overnights!
Program Level: J, C, S
Play theatre games, make masks, perform skits! Girl Scouts earn performing arts and outdoor/environmental badges while spending the weekend camping. Individually tailored for your troop. Girl Scouts get 7 hours of intensive training with theatre educators. Forms B220 and B240 are required.
Fee: $80/girl for instruction, materials, badge. No charge for adults. Every overnight can be tailored, which can affect pricing. 25% deposit required to reserve weekend.
When: Weekends, September-November and March-May; Call to schedule.
Where: In residence at Camp Calleva in Poolesville, MD or at Camp Crowell in Oakton, VA.

Young Artists Theatre
Drama Overnight Adventures, Workshops and Live Shows
Program Level: All
For 13 years, we've provided exciting opportunities for Girl Scouts
of all levels. Overnight includes an extensive, interactive drama experience.
The workshop is a one-hour hands-on chance to explore being onstage.
The live shows feature child and teen actors, sparking girls to pursue
their own desire to perform.
Fee: Overnight: $30/Girl Scout; adults free. Overnight fee includes Overnight Adventure, evening and morning snack, and patch.
Workshop: $125/up
to 12 girls.
Live Show: $7/person for groups of 10 or more.
