National Building MuseumGirl Scouts are invited to take part in hands-on activities at the National Building Museum exploring how buildings, bridges, neighborhoods, and cities are designed and built. The Museum offers an annual Girl Scout Day specifically designed for Daisies, Brownies, and Junior Girl Scouts. Cadette Girl Scouts are welcome to attend but the activities are designed for a younger age. During this day, the Museum offers 5-6 hands-on activities exploring themes like green design, design, construction, and engineering. Girls go home with a Museum patch. The Museum offers a number of annual family events appropriate for Girl Scouts of various ages and their families:
