PDF for MAC

We are currently troubleshooting some issues involving online fillable PDFs on MAC computers. If you are a MAC user and are currently experiencing difficulty in filling out the online fillable PDFs on this site, please follow one of these troublshooting guidelines.

Try using your Preview software application. this should be part of all basic software already installed on your MAC.  Open a PDF form, click on a field, and a cursor appears, awaiting your input. After you’ve filled out the form, choose File -> Save As, and save your filled-out form.

If Preview does not work, please try Adobe Reader for MAC. If you already have Adobe Reader and it will not allow you to fill out the PDFs on this site, please check to make sure that you have the most updated Adobe Reader. You can download the most updated here.
