Camp Director
Hires, trains, and supervises camp staff. Works with campers, parents and staff to ensure that all have a positive experience. Assures accurate record keeping and submission of reports in a timely manner. 25+, current driver's license.
Assistant Camp Director 
Assists in training, supervision, guidance and leadership of all unit staff with regard to unit program. Assists the Camp Director with administrative tasks. 21+, current driver's license.
PROGRAM
Program Director

Coordinates and supervises unit schedules, all-camp programs, and program specialists. Coordinates supplies and resources for specialty programs and areas. 21+, current driver's license.
Arts and Crafts Counselor

Plans and implements the arts and crafts program. Provides resource materials and support for the unit staff. Assists with unit programming in the evening. An Arts and Crafts Manager position is available at May Flather to oversee multiple specialists. Manager position: 21+, current driver's license.
Nature Specialist
Plans and implements the nature program. Provides resource materials and support for the unit staff. Assists with unit programming in the evening.
Program Specialist 


Plans and implements a variety of activities for unit staff. Activities may include initiative games, archery, camping skills, etc. Provides resource materials and support for the unit staff. Assists with unit programming in the evening.
OFFICE
Business Manager/Administrative Specialist

Coordinates all business operations of camp. Manages purchasing and record keeping and submits paperwork weekly. Oversees office operations including phone, mail, and office supplies. 21+, current driver's license.
Administrative Assistant
Oversees office operations including phone, mail, and office supplies. 21+, current driver's license preferred.
HEALTH
Camp Nurse

Operates the camp Health Center. Supervises all aspects of medical care for campers and staff. Dispenses medication and follows Doctor's Medical Treatment Procedures. 21+, current RN or EMT certification, current driver's license.
Assistant Health Manager
Assists with the operation of the Camp Health Center and all aspects of medical care for campers. Prefer 21+, current RN or EMT certification, current driver's license.
Health Center Coordinator
Assist Camp Nurse with operation of Camp Health Center. Prefer 21+, first aid experience, current driver's license.
ADVENTURE
Adventure Director
Coordinates and supervises the caving, climbing archery, canoeing, backpacking and challenge course program. Ensures that proper procedures are being followed to meet the safety guidelines for all adventure activities. Supervises adventure staff. 21+, current driver's license.
Adventure Counselor
Assist with the implementation of the caving, climbing, archery, canoeing, backpacking or challenge course program. Assist with unit programming in the evening.
Tripping Manager
Manages all off-camp trips. Trains girls and staff in backpacking- including fitting and packing a backpack, setting up tents, meal planning, trail mapping, etc. Supervises backpacking trips. 21+, current driver's license.
AQUATIC
Waterfront/Aquatic Director

Coordinates and supervises boating activities on the waterfront. At May Flather, supervises pool and canoeing program. At Coles Trip, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing on the waterfront. Supervises waterfront staff and ensures that safety standards are being met on the waterfront. At May Flather, also supervises pool and Pool Director. 21+, current driver's license, current lifeguard and CPR:PR certifications.
Pool Director
Coordinates and supervises the aquatic program at the swimming pool. Manages and maintains records, reports, health and safety standards and the pool. 21+, current driver's license, current lifeguard and CPR:PR certifications.
Lead Sailing, Kayaking, Canoeing, and Windsurfing Instructors
Work in conjunction with the Waterfront/Pool Director to implement the sailing/kayaking/canoeing/windsurfing program. Ensure that safety standards are being met. Assists with unit programming in the evening when waterfront is closed. 21+, current lifeguard and CPR:PR certifications.
Pool/Aquatic/Waterfront Counselor/Lifeguard 



Assists with the implementation of the aquatic program. Works as a lifeguard. Assists with unit programming in the evening when pool/waterfront is closed. Current lifeguard and CPR:PR certifications.
UNIT
CIT/JC Director
Coordinates and implements the Counselor in Training leadership development program. Facilitates and guides teens' development of skills in camp activities, outdoor living and leadership. 21+, current driver's license perferred.
CIT/JC Unit Leader

Coordinates and implements the Counselor in Training leadership development program. Facilitates and guides teens' development of skills in camp activities, outdoor living and leadership. Oversees Junior Counselors within units. Works as Unit Leader when CIT program is not in session. 21+, current driver's license perferred.
Travel Director
Coordinates and implements the canoeing and biking tripping programs. Organizes trips, vehicles and drivers. Assures campers are prepared for their out-of-camp trips. 21+ and current driver's license perferred.
Special Needs Coordinator
Coordinates accomodations for campers with special needs
Unit Leader 



Manages the living unit, coordinates activities and assures girl partnership in the development of activities. Supervises unit staff. 21+ and current driver's license perferred.
Unit Counselor 



Assists the Unit Leader with planning and implementation of activities. Responsible for the direct daily supervision of girls in the living unit and program areas.
Junior Counselor 



A program for girls completing 11th or 12th grade who are not yet 18 years old.
Facilities Assistant
Assist the caretaker with overall daily maintenance and upkeep of the property. 21+, current driver's license.
Assist the Kitchen Manager and Cook(s) with food preperation and service. Cleans food preperation areas and equipmnet.

Traditional programming including canoeing, kayaking, nature, and swimming
Half-week and one-week programs for girls completing grades K-11
Counselor in Training (CIT) program for girls completing 8-11th grade
Junior Counselor (JC) program for girls completing 11-12th grade
Approximately 120 girls a week for 7 weeks
Employment period: early June to mid-August
Great for those who would like to work with multiple age groups and nature programming.

Half-week and one-week programs for girls completing grades K-11

Approximately 190 girls a week for 8 weeks
Employment period: early June to mid-August
