Registration System Basics
Welcome to the online registration system help pages. These pages will assist you in finding answers to common questions. If you do not find an answer to your question, please send an email to HelpDesk@gscnc.org. Note your full name, your daughter's name, county, troop number and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
We are currently using the registration system for Membership, Program Events, Adult Education Classes, Sleep Away Camp and Day & Evening Camp. Camp Site Reservations remain on our old system.
With the new registration system upgrades, only adults over the age of 18 can access their online account. All associated family members (children and second guardians) will be in that adult's family hub. Children can only be registered for an event, program or camp through the adult who is listed as their Guardian 1. Please see the Work with your Account Page section for additional information.
Create Online Account
How do I create an online account?
Click the New Online Account button on the right-hand of the screen. Enter your first name, last name, address and date of birth (note: these must match our membership database exactly). If the system finds you, you will receive an e-mail asking you to click a link to set up your login information.
I tried to create a new online account, but it won't let me.
There are a few reasons you may have been unable to activate your account.
Your email address is different or missing in our system. Since a valid email is required to complete the process, please email our help desk to have them correct your email, include your name, address, and troop number in your request.
There are two profiles for you in the system.
If you are still unable to create an online account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Access My Account
I created an online account, but have forgotten my log in password.
Click on "password" on the home page next to the password field. You will need your username and email address.

Work with your Account Page
If you cannot find your information, make sure your name is at the top right of the page.
A snapshot of you and your family's membership information is visible on the the screen. If you or a family member is not currently registered, select you and/or family member and then select "Purchase Girl Scout Memberships".
To change your contact information, you need to click on your name at the top right of the
page. You can also designate Roles by selecting Add Volunteer Roles under How I Participate.
- To update login information click the "update web login information" link next to your name.
- If you do not see a family member listed please contact email@example.com with your name and address and the family member you do not see listed. If your daughter is already a member, you will not be able to add her to your account yourself as a profile already exists for her. This can only be done by a member of GSCNC's Information Services department.
Request Adult Position Code with One or More Troops
This can be done either from the your Account Page or while registering as an Adult Girl Scout.
Your Account Page: designate Roles by selecting Add Volunteer Roles under How I Participate. There, you will select and add a role for the Membership Year and Troop or Service Unit that you select. When your selection has been filled-in you must click on Add Volunteer Roles to complete each request. These roles are pending until they are activated in the back office.
During registration as an Adult member: you will be asked to select roles in the Add Volunteer Roles section. There, you will select and add a role for the Membership Year and Troop or Service Unit that you select. When your selection has been filled-in you must click on Add Volunteer Roles to complete each request. These positions are pending until they are activated in the back office.
All roles reported online are given a Participation Status of "Pending" in Personify, indicating that the member has yet to be approved for the role. Once the member has been approved for the role, the council will update the Status to "Active" in the back office.
