Q: My check was deposited, yet I do not see the number reported in my SU total. What happened?
A: If your checked was cashed, your money is in the SHARE fund and is making a difference in the life of a Girl Scout.
That said, if the SHARE envelope was not filled out completely and clearly, with SU information, your gift will not show up in your SU SHARE total but will, instead, be in a generic 'Friends' fund.
If you have a question, please send an email to cshaw@gscnc.org or sgleason@gscnc.org with the specific details, check number, amount, date and name on the check, and we will track down the information to make sure your SU is credited.

Q: Help! My service unit/troop isn't showing up in this report!
A: That's because no gifts have been made to that SU yet or that they are in the "pipeline" of being processed. Don't worry; when gifts start coming in to your SU, they will show up on the next report!
