SHARE is the way for Girl Scout families and friends to make Girl Scouting possible for all girls.
100% of SHARE contributions stay with our Council to support local Girl Scouts.
Troop SHARE Patch: My Troop Hearts SHARE
The 2015 Troop SHARE patch is designed to promote SHARE to as many families as possible and to reward troops once they reach 2/3 participation for SHARE.
The SHARE patch will be given to all girls in a troop once the troop has 2/3 of the families in their troop make a SHARE contribution.
When a troop is eligible to receive the SHARE patch, the Troop Leader or Service Unit SHARE Leader should complete this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QQ3FBW9
There will be five reporting periods: ending October 16, January 5, March 16, June 1 or July 31. Number of girls in the troop reported on as well as the number of gifts and amount given will be confirmed by council before distribution of patches.
Please refer to SHARE totals posted twice a month to confirm the number of gifts and total amount given for your troop.
Patches will be distributed to Service Unit SHARE Leaders for any troops in their SU who have reported that they’ve achieved the requirements to earn the patch. They will be distributed five times throughout the year- by the end of October for those achieved by October 15 report, mid-January for those achieved by December 31 report, end of March for those achieved by March 15 report, mid June for those achieved by May 31 report and at the end of the year for those achieved by July 31 report. There will be no charge for the patches.
