Special Needs

If you have someone in your group with special needs, accommodations can be made to have your group disembark at the event site. Only those groups with pre-assigned bus permits will be allowed to have passengers disembark at the event site.

Please remember that Metrorail stations are handicapped accessible and may still be your best option for getting to the event. While disembarking at the site should be easy, please keep in mind that buses coming back to re-load passengers at the end of the event will not be allowed to stand at the pick-up site - all groups will need to be fully assembled before you can call your bus to pick you up at the site so we can get your bus loaded quickly and moved out of the area.
