Multiple Levels

Junior- Savvy Shopper

Food and water, clean clothes, a place to live: These are things everyone needs. A closet full of shoes, a new desk, tickets to a movie: These are things people want. But how do you figure out what you need and what you want? You might find it's not as easy as you think!  Visit if you have earned this badge this year and we will send you a free Financial Fitness Challenge Patch brought to you by Capital One!

Brownie - My Great Day

This month we are highlighting the GEICO Art of Independence with the Brownie My Great Day Badge.  Each week we will highlight a step to earning this badge.  With the My Great Day Badge you will practice sorting out your stuff so that you know where everything is.  Once you organize your things you can spend time doing other fun activities.

Step 2: Have you ever gotten to school and forgotten your school work at home? What about a book that was due to the library that day? Make a list of all the items you need to take to school every day and choose a place to keep all your school supplies.  You can also organize your toys into bins or organize you clothes in drawers or hang them in the closet. Labels are helpful everywhere-drawers, shelves, bookcases, and boxes!
