For Formatta iFiller forms, you will not need to download any Formatta software. Newly updated instructions to Ifiller! IFiller is a web-based program. For Formatta forms not available in iFiller at this time, you will need Formatta Filler software. The form should indicate "Formatta Form" for basic Formatta (software needed) and "Formatta iFiller" for the web-based program (no extra software needed). * Mac and Safari users - Formatta is currently aware there is a known issue with the latest version of Safari and iFiller. If you can download/use Chrome or Firefox at this time, you should be able to fill out iFiller forms while the developers correct this issue.
For Word Documents, you will need Microsoft Office Word.
For Zipped Forms , you will need a zip/unzip program. Click here for more info. Zipped documents will need additional program after unzipping. Make sure you have the require program before downloading zipped document. Zipped documents on this site will state which program is used after zipping.Click on the form name to download.
Please note: The Program Department has reconstructed the B252 Program Grant Request forms. We now have two B252 forms for younger and older girls, as well as a B252 Loan Request form.
