Q: How can I add a position code for an adult in my troop?
A: When a troop leader is registering an adult online, they will have the opportunity to add a position code before checking out. If you do not indicate a position at the time of registration, you will not have access to add a position. The adult will need to log into their own account to designate their position. Q: There is a girl missing from my roster. How can I move her into my Troop Hub?
A: You can request that the girl be transferred to your troop using our online transfer tool.
Q: I have a new girl joining my troop but she was in a different troop last year. Do I add her as a new member?
A: No! If a girl has been a registered member in our council within the last seven years, she already has a record in our system. Please contact your Database Coordinator to have the girl's profile added to your troop so you can register her for the current year.
Q: One of my parents registered their daughter online but she isn't showing up in my troop. How do I get her into my troop?
A: Troop leaders can submit a transfer request online here. In the "Current Troop" field, just put "GSCNC", "council pool," or anything else that indicates the girl was registered online. You can also leave the field blank if you're really not sure.
