The free Leave No Trace Awareness Workshop will introduce leaders to the seven principles of reducing their Girl Scout Troop’s impact on nature when recreating outside. The leaders will learn how they can apply the principles to their Girl Scout activities and engage the girls in the troop in conversation and activities to think about people’s impact on their environment. Leaders will take home activities ideas to integrate either at their next troop meeting or on their next outdoor excursion.
