Teen Girl Scouts Invited to Town Hall

Forever Green Town Hall July 27

Girl Scouts and Boeing are convening a special town hall meeting, connecting Girl Scouts in the Greater Washington, DC Region, Illinois, Missouri, California and Washington states with leading environmental experts and government officials in the nation's capital to discuss ways citizens can become active in protecting our environment.

Girl Scouts Forever Green Town Hall Meeting is sponsored by Boeing and is part of the Girl Scouts' 100th Anniversary Forever Green Community Action Project-where girls discover, connect and take civic action to improve the
environment.

These girl-led projects address a variety of environmental issues, including energy use, air quality, water use, waste management and green space.
