GSCNC selling all varieties of Girl Scout Cookies

Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital is selling all eight varieties of Girl Scout Cookies. We are offering customers: Thin Mints, Samoas, Trefoils, Do-Si-Dos, Tagalongs, Dulce de Leche, Thank You Berry Munch and Lemon Chalet Cremes. In the news, the Wall Street Journal reported on a Girl Scout pilot program testing the reduction of Girl Scout Cookie varieties to six. This does not involve the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital (GSCNC), which serves the Greater Washington Region*.

The Girl Scout Council of the Nation Capital Cookie program is in full gear, with booth sales starting February 18 - March 27. All eight varieties of Girl Scout Cookies are being sold.

Thank you for supporting Girl Scouts. Our cookie program helps to fund Girl Scout troop activities, programs and volunteer resources, financial assistance to girls from low-income communities and our camp programs. All the proceeds remain in the local community.

* GSCNC serves the Greater Washington Region, including the District of Columbia, eight counties in Maryland, ten counties in Virginia and seven counties in West Virginia. Girl Scouts was founded in 1912 and will celebrate the 100th anniversary in 2012.
