Girl Scouts AttendSewall-Belmont's Alice Award Luncheon The Sewall-Belmont House & Museum paid tribute to distinguished women who have made an outstanding contribution in breaking barriers and setting new precedents for women. This year's prestigious Alice Award, named for Alice Paul, founder of the National Woman's Party, was presented to two distinguished women: Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Olympia J.
